Arnos Park

Client:      Enfield Council
Budget:    £50,000
Date:        January 2007
A new area of Arnos Park was identified for a new play space. A theme of mini beasts from the river informed the design with this ‘centipede’ tower being the central feature at the top of the site. A series of 3 towers are connected by rope tunnels and bridges. Balance beams lead off all the towers to a crater look out for imaginative play. The majority of the equipment was bespoke, built by our craftsmen and approved by RoSPA for safe play. A wheelchair accessible ramp leads to a wide slide on the central tower. The top platform is accessed by internal platforms and a ladder gives views across the park.
